Day One

OK! So I officially started the cleanse! Day 1 was good, except I read the directions backwards on what to take! So now I am on track!

 The eating part of this diet is probably the hardest! Although I LOVE healthy food. It is really hard to not reach for the pastas, breads, and chocolate! Luckily, I was at school all day and they have a great variety of things I can indulge in :)

I took all my measurements....
 Waist 31"
 Hips 34"
 Thigh 20.5"

 These are the places I want to see the most difference in! Wish me luck!
