Day One
OK! So I officially started the cleanse! Day 1 was good, except I read the directions backwards on what to take! So now I am on track!
The eating part of this diet is probably the hardest! Although I LOVE healthy food. It is really hard to not reach for the pastas, breads, and chocolate! Luckily, I was at school all day and they have a great variety of things I can indulge in :)
I took all my measurements....

Thigh 20.5"
These are the places I want to see the most difference in! Wish me luck!

OK! So tonight is the night before my 24 Day Advocare challenge!! I decided to make a blog about this in order to help keep my self on track!
So, there are numerous reasons I want to do this challenge:

- lose baby weight
- tone up
- eat healthier
- have better skin
- challenge myself
*But the biggest reason for doing this challenge is to teach my children how to take care of their bodies! For the most part, we eat pretty health. We have dinners together and always have a carb, protein, and vegi! However, we travel a lot! And when we travel... we eat bad food.. i.e. McDonalds.
My husband is such an amazing supporter! He has decided (sort of forced into) doing the challenge with me! He is always complaining about getting in better shape, so what better way than to do it together!
I will try and keep this post going as much as I can! I know about day four I will be needing extra support! Wish us luck!
